Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing an order form, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

Luna Health AI provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers, transcribes, and schedules calls on behalf of a clinic, integrating with the clinic's chosen calendar or practice-management system.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

Fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Plans renew on the billing cycle disclosed at purchase unless cancelled in advance.

Luna Health AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its underlying software, models, and branding. Clinics retain ownership of their own data.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not disclose it except as permitted by these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Either party may terminate the Service as described in the applicable order form. Upon termination, access to the Service will end and outstanding fees remain due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luna Health AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
